Is the mixed case the same as buying individual cases?
The mixed case is our best-value way to explore the full Privatus range — 12 bottles across four appellations, curated by our sommelier team. At $240, it saves you $30+ compared to buying each varietal individually and is the ideal introduction to the portfolio.
Can I customize what goes into the case?
The Privatus Mixed Case is a fixed, sommelier-curated selection. For custom allocations, contact us at and our team will work with you directly.
Which label will my order ship under?
Your case may be fulfilled under our Bedford Cellars or Glenville Wine label depending on current availability. It is the same wine, crafted by the same winemaking team — Jason Welch — every single time.
How does shipping work?
Shipping and handling are always included on full cases (12 bottles) and Wine Club orders. Orders of 3–6 bottles include a standard shipping charge. Orders ship within 2–3 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days. An adult signature (21+) is required at delivery per state alcohol regulations.
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your case, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement, credit, or refund. We stand behind every bottle.
How do I manage or cancel my Wine Club subscription?
Email us at any time to skip a month, change your address, or cancel. There are no cancellation fees — ever.
